You Don't Have to Walk This Alone
A Practical,
Forward-Motion Approach
Real support begins as I meet you exactly where you are—no expectations, just truth, without judgment or rush. Together, we address what is happening in your life right now: the unexpected turns, the confusion, and the potentially heavy choices in front of you. Here, you have permission to pause, process, and adjust at your own pace.
From that quiet, steady foundation, I give you practical tools to help you reclaim your voice, restore your inner peace, trust yourself again, and move forward with confidence.
What you can expect from our time together:
-
Compassionate Directness — Authentic warmth and presence combined with clear, intuitive feedback that helps cut through the confusion.
-
Actionable Takeaways — Every session ends with a tangible tool and a manageable next step.
-
Body-Centered Awareness — Grounded in trauma-informed care and equine-assisted principles, we connect your mind and body to release stored tension, expose hidden resilience, and rewrite limiting beliefs.
A gentle, 20-minute conversation to
take a breath, talk through where you are,
and explore if I'm the right support for you.

Why
"Walk In Truth
Coaching"
Years ago, my practice had a completely different name. But over time, client after client began sharing the same remarkable story with me.
They would find themselves at a sudden crossroads, feeling a wave of panic or confusion, and then they’d find comfort as they'd hear my voice echoing in their mind: "Walk in truth." And in that moment, they would find the clarity to make the next right choice.
Hearing that my words became a quiet anchor for women in their hardest moments inspired me to rename my practice Walk In Truth Coaching.
I believe with all my heart that real healing begins when we step out of self-doubt, denial, or living under someone else’s false narrative—and begin walking in what is true, even when that truth is hard. Truth is where safety, peace, and freedom live.
Faith on Your Terms, Never Preachy
My personal Christian faith was the anchor that carried me through my own journey of surviving betrayal, broken trust, and life-altering transitions.
However, I also know deeply how scripture and faith can be misused, sometimes in ways that leave profound wounds. I will never preach at you, condemn you, or toss empty religious platitudes at your pain.
You direct how much—or how little—faith enters our work together:
-
If faith is a source of strength for you, we can weave it into our sessions as a foundation for healing.
-
If faith feels like a painful, confusing, or tender area, we will honor that boundary, and we simply won't focus on it unless or until you are ready.
What If My Story Feels Too Messy
If the thought of opening up your story feels overwhelming or like opening a floodgate you can't close—take a deep breath.
Coaching with me isn't about asking you to relive every past wound or untangle your entire history all at once. This is where coaching and counseling naturally diverge. Processing and diagnosing past trauma is the vital domain of a clinical therapist; my work as a trauma-informed coach is to meet you right in the middle of your current circumstances and build a clear pathway forward. (And because your well-being is always my highest priority, if your healing journey ever calls for clinical therapy along the way, I gladly partner with and refer to trusted specialists.)
As a Master Mental Health Coach, my specialized expertise is taking what feels broken, chaotic, or foggy today and guiding you step-by-step from feeling confused to feeling confident, reconnecting you with your God-given intuition, and helping you find peace in your path forward.
Drawing on 12+ years of trauma-informed experience, I help you take immediate, complex realities—a sudden betrayal, a major life pivot, or a painful crossroads—and translate them into clarity, emotional safety, and practical forward motion.
